1. Eligibility:

• This program is open to existing CoolTechies customers only.
• You cannot refer yourself or create multiple accounts to participate.

2. How it Works:

• Share your unique referral link or provide your friends’ names and contact information through our referral form.
• To qualify for a referral reward, your referred friend must:

◦Be a new customer who has not previously contacted CoolTechies.

◦Schedule and complete a service visit.

3. Referral Rewards:

• You will receive a reward based on the number of referred friends who schedule visits:

◦$20 per referred friend who schedules a visit.

◦$45 for 2 referred friends who schedule visits.

◦$75 for 3 referred friends who schedule visits.

• Additionally, you will receive a FREE 1-year CoolTechies membership (valued at $149) if one or more of your referred friends schedule visits (membership activated upon completion of the first visit).
• Rewards will be distributed in the form of an Amazon gift card emailed to the address associated with your CoolTechies account.

4. Program Disqualification:

• CoolTechies reserves the right to disqualify you from the program at its sole discretion for any violation of these Terms, including but not limited to:

◦Fraudulent activity or attempted manipulation of the program.

◦Self-referrals or creating multiple accounts.

◦Sharing referral links on public forums or websites without CoolTechies’ approval.

5. General Provisions:

• CoolTechies reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
• These Terms are subject to change at any time. Your continued participation in the program constitutes your acceptance of any revised Terms.
• This program is void where prohibited by law.
